Customized Lock Cylinder Drawing
Once the lock cylinder design is finalized, detailed drawings are created to specify dimensions and adhere to manufacturing constraints. We validate the technical specifications before production begins. Concurrently, we provide these drawings to our customers for review and confirmation of functionality. Our production team will assess the feasibility of producing sample cylinders.

Samples/Prototypes
Once the drawings are confirmed, we proceed to the sampling stage. Our team will produce the necessary parts and prototypes, and may create molds and toolings as needed. Finally, our R&D engineers will assemble the sample and prepare a detailed report for our customer.

Mass Production and Quality Control
Once the samples or prototypes are approved, we begin mass production. Based on the approved drawings, our Quality Control team will design and produce tools to ensure precision. The initial samples from mass production will undergo cycle tests, anti-drilling tests, and other quality checks to meet our standards.
